COASTAL GIVING TUESDAY
December 1st
What Is It?
Every year following Black Friday & Cyber Monday is Coastal Giving Tuesday. This is a one day focused time of giving to support non profits.
Why Give?
This year, we have applied for a a local family grant asking for up to $100,000 in matching dollars. What this means is every dollar that you donate on December 1st, will be doubled.
What Will We Do With The Donations?
We want to use this $200,000 to cut our mortgage in almost half. This will shorten our payoff from November of 2034 to March of 2031.
Why Now?
By paying down our mortgage sooner allows us to put $5,334 a month towards our ministry programming and not interest. Secondly, it allows community donors to now support other organizations as we will be fully self sufficient in funding once our debt is paid.
